We are recruiting an experienced Senior Auditor and a Senior Tax Consultant to join our growing team of professionals.

Senior Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • In charge with fieldwork and coordination of audit engagements
  • Responsible for key stages of the audit engagement life cycle: planning, coordinating and executing audit engagements
  • Audit risk identification and response
  • Supervising and coaching audit team and providing on-the-job training
  • Efficient and effective execution of the audit engagements on-time and on-budget
  • Identifying and effectively dealing with risks
  • High quality of work, full compliance with professional standards and integrity

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial audit, preferably with a Big Four or second tier global audit firm
  • Experience in working on projects, multitasking
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • ACCA member
  • Excellent command of English – speaking and writing is a must
  • German language is a great advantage
  • Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • Well organized and able to identify and deal with priorities
  • Availability to travel in Romania

Senior Tax Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients in a range of different industries on various tax matters
  • Handle multiple client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of service
  • Demonstrates an understanding of increasingly complex tax issues; keeps informed of current tax developments and effectively applies tax knowledge to client situations
  • Thoroughly and accurately analyzes information; prepares solutions to client’s tax situation
  • Deliver technical trainings for both clients and internally
  • Supervises the work of the team; delegates work, monitors their progress, provides timely, continuous and constructive on-the-job feedback

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate practice, preferably Big Four or second tier global audit firms
  • In-depth knowledge of main tax areas, e.g. direct taxes, VAT, transfer pricing etc.
  • Experience in coordinating complex tax engagements, within budget and timetable
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Membership in professional organisation (CCF)
  • ACCA member
  • Excellent command of English – speaking and writing is a must
  • German language is a great advantage
  • Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • Well organized and able to identify and deal with priorities
  • Availability to travel in Romania
